Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Wakea app and this website, operated by Milena Marketing ltd., Alabin Street 33, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.

1. The service

Wakea is an alarm-clock app: the alarm only ends once you have completed a chosen mission — squats, push-ups or making your bed — and the camera has confirmed it. Detection runs exclusively on your device; no photos or videos are stored or transmitted.

2. Use at your own responsibility

Wakea is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. Only perform the exercises within your physical abilities. Do not rely solely on an alarm app for critical appointments — a switched-off, muted or drained device cannot ring. To the extent permitted by law, Milena Marketing ltd. accepts no liability for damages from missed appointments or improperly performed exercises. Liability for intent, gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health remains unaffected.

3. Subscription and prices

The full feature set (Wakea Plus) is a subscription: after a 3-day free trial, €3.99 per month or €29 per year. The purchase runs through your App Store account, where you can cancel the subscription at any time effective at the end of the current period. We announce price changes in good time; they only apply from the next renewal.

4. Your account

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials secret and inform us immediately if you suspect misuse. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

5. Fair use

You must not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, infringe third-party rights or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Changes to the service and these terms

We continuously develop Wakea and may change, add or discontinue features. We will announce material changes to these terms in good time; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies; for consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
